Psalm 101

Of David. A psalm.

¹⁶ But King Zedekiah swore this oath secretly^(A) to Jeremiah: “As surely as the Lord lives, who has given us breath,^(B) I will neither kill you nor hand you over to those who want to kill you.”^(C)

²⁰ Each person should remain in the situation they were in when God called them.^(A)

²⁴ Brothers and sisters, each person, as responsible to God, should remain in the situation they were in when God called them.^(A)
